KAY Klips
March 2009

Olathe Prairie Trail Junior High KAY Club sponsored a Sock Hop and collected socks to send to our soldiers. For every pair of socks the students brought, they were given a $1.00-off coupon for the dance. Students got in free if they brought in 4 or more pair of socks. The Club hosted a sewing day where the students sewed blankets for the homeless. The club members joined with employees from Burns/McDonnell and Spaces & over 15 quilt tops were made & 4 quilts were completed. They also helped Harvesters, a community food network, sort and stack food.

Topeka West KAY Club organized a blood drive. They also sponsored Christmas and Valentine card writing.
