Virtual and Non-Public Student Eligibility Application

Any parent/guardian of a virtual or non-public school student seeking participation eligibility at their local public school must establish an account and submit the necessary application material through this site to their local public school and the KSHSAA. Once an application is submitted, the status of the application can be monitored through this portal. Unique applications are required prior to the start of each season.  A single application may be used for concurrent or Middle/Junior High Schools.

Current state statute indicates information on progress towards graduation should be submitted prior to the season of sport. Accordingly, the application for high school activities will not be accepted until approximately one month prior to the start of activity practices. The following dates are the first possible dates for the non-public student eligibility application submission:

• Fall/Yearly Activities - July 15
• Winter Activities - October 15
• Spring Activities - February 1

Any application request for an activity prior to the season beginning date listed above will not be accepted and activities for the respective season will not be available to select.
