REGIONAL CONFERENCES
The KSHSAA recently completed eight regional conferences across the state. Over 250 Kansas high schools and middle/junior high schools participated with nearly 4,000 attendees. Thank you to the host schools: Shawnee Mission South HS, Pittsburg HS, Douglass HS, Ellsworth HS, Garden City HS, Colby HS, Derby HS, & Shawnee-Mill Valley HS. A’ric Jackson, the dream achiever, provided a powerful message encouraging the audience to do you unapologetically and don’t be scuurrrd.

ADVISOR WORKSHOPS
It’s been called one of the best PD days ever! Be sure to attend one of this year’s workshops for both middle and high school advisors. Choose between two dates and locations, November 13 at the KSHSAA Office-Topeka and November 19 at Goddard High School. The workshop goal is to provide attendees with as many immediate, impactful resources as possible. You won’t want to miss out on this student leadership PD led by Sara Nilles Freauf, Co-Founder of Work2BeWell (Mental Health Resources & Curriculum) and the former Executive Director of the Oregon Association of Student Councils (OASC). In addition to a Work2BeWell presentation, Sara will share some of her favorite leadership resources/activities including STUCO Constitutions. BONUS: Paid registrants may bring an additional school staff member FREE for the 9:30-11:00 a.m. Work2BeWell (Mental Health Resources & Curriculum) session.
